1. Creating a New Team You can create a new team by clicking on “Teams” in the left sidebar, then selecting “Join or create a team” at the bottom of the Teams list. Choose “Create a team” and follow the prompts to set up your team.

2. Joining an Existing Team You can join an existing team by clicking on “Teams” in the left sidebar, then selecting “Join or create a team.” Enter the code provided by the team owner or search for the team name if it is public.

3. Starting a Chat You can start a chat by clicking on “Chat” in the left sidebar, then selecting “New chat” at the top. Enter the names of the people you want to chat with, type your message, and press Enter.

4. Scheduling a Meeting You can schedule a meeting by going to the “Calendar” tab on the left sidebar, then clicking “New meeting” at the top right. Fill in the meeting details, add attendees, and click “Save.”

Fixing Audio or Video Issues You can fix audio or video issues during a call by checking your device’s audio and video settings, ensuring your microphone and camera are not muted or disabled, and verifying that Teams has the necessary permissions. Test your devices in the “Settings” menu under “Devices.”

14. Recovering Deleted Files You can recover deleted files from a channel by going to the “Files” tab, selecting “Open in SharePoint,” and checking the recycle bin.
