Advance your skills beyond PRINCE2 Agile Foundation. Learn to lead teams, apply agile practices, and use agile tools effectively across your organization.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Extend PRINCE2 Agile methods into product management, operations, continuous delivery and AIsupported practices

  • Introduction to PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner—purpose, outcomes, exam structure
  • Agile mindset, project management, organisational change
  • Blending PRINCE2 principles and agile behaviours
  • PRINCE2 Agile practices in context: analysis and application
  • Integrating agile roles within PRINCE2 governance

Exams and Assessments

Openbook, 2.5 hour multiplechoice scenario based paper (50 questions) with 60% pass mark. Learners will be issued an exam voucher to book the exam, post course – at a time and date of their choosing.

Learners must hold a valid version of one of the following certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 2)
  • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 1)
  • PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner (Version 1)

PLEASE NOTE – If a learner has completed either certification of Version 1, they will need to purchase the new e-book
