Course Information

This programme provides organisation development professionals with the essential space and opportunity to evolve the current flexible working practices in their organisation to an engaging and sustainable work performance culture. Participants will share effective engagement and sustainable working performance strategies whilst having the benefit of co-developing a holistic culture development plan with their professional peers from other organisations. The programme comprises a series of practical and interactive workshops delivered in a two-day block. Each participant will gain practical experience of co-developing a holistic development plan; a process they can subsequently facilitate with the functional leads in their respective organisations. Aim To co-develop a holistic plan for developing an engaging and sustainable work performance culture.

 

Participants will:

  • identify/share the challenges and opportunities within the range of flexible and fluid working systems/practices that evolved during the recent pandemic,
  • understand the organisation and team dynamics within the current flexible working systems,
  • co-develop a draft specification of requirements for an engaging and sustainable performance work culture,
  • establish a current baseline with regard to their evolving engaging and sustainable work performance culture,
  • share their approaches to recruiting and engaging the key members/influencers of their respective organisation culture development teams,
  • identify the current leadership culture/dominant leadership and management styles within their organisation,
  • share how they will develop the engaging and sustainable work performance processes along with the required leadership skills and behaviours,
  • share how they will grow and optimise their professional organisation development networks,
  • produce the first draft of a holistic development plan for their evolving engaging and sustainable work performance culture.
